Electronic Charting in iPOC

We initiated our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in April 2015.  Today, all of our patient charts are on the EMR system and accessible from our tablets.  Using the igea point of care system (iPOC) is easy and intuitive.  Every week we make improvements to the system to address care team and patient needs.  If you need help with electronic charting in iPOC, take a look at the guides below or call the office at 415-332-3300.

Check Your Schedule!

BrightStar's scheduling system is updated in real-time.  The Care Coordinators update your schedule at the time you agree to accept the shift(s).  If, at any time, you have a question about your schedule, click this link to view your schedule.  A professional best practice is to check your schedule every day.

We fill between 250 to 400 shifts every week.  A single change in a schedule can impact several other patients.  Please be mindful about making any changes to your schedule.  If you need to make changes, please call us at least a week in advance.  It can sometimes take 5 or 6 days to fill an open shift.
