ABS Mobile
ABS Mobile is the new replacement for TimeClock Plus for clocking in and out of shifts. Because ABS Mobile is a webpage, not an app, there's no installation or setup necessary - you can log in from any device, with the same username and password you use for ABS now.
Right now, we're making ABS Mobile available to nurses and office staff. We'll be rolling out the system to caregivers soon.
To access ABS Mobile, simply open a browser window on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop and navigate to mabs.brightstarcare.com . You will be taken to a login screen where you must enter your ABS username and password. If you've forgotten your username and/or password, click on the password recovery link on that page, enter your username or email address, and follow the instructions on the email which ABS will send to you.
Once you're logged in, you will be able to see your upcoming shifts as well as clock in and out of these shifts. For instructions on how to clock in and out with ABS Mobile, please watch the video below.

Important!
In ABS Mobile, you may edit your own time to correct any errors. If you edit your time, however, you must write a note in the comments box detailing why you are changing your time. You can also call the BrightStar office to note the change in hours. If you don't provide us with an explanation for the adjustment, either in a note or by phone, the adjustment may not be reflected in your paycheck.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an error while trying to log into or use ABS Mobile, try logging out (if you're already logged in) and then close all your browser windows. Please report any errors to us, as well as the circumstances in which you encountered the error.
